Our science

Designed with
development in mind.

Our work begins in medicinal chemistry, informed by neuroscience and a clinical perspective from the outset.

The approach

A molecule is
the beginning.

Telesti is pursuing differentiated small-molecule medicines for the central nervous system.

We approach discovery and development as connected disciplines. Chemical design, pharmacology, and translational planning each help shape the questions we ask as a program advances.

How we work

Three connected perspectives.

01

Discovery chemistry

Original molecular design, guided by a clear therapeutic objective and the practical requirements of development.

02

Clinical perspective

Clinical development experience informs the questions we ask early, while indication-specific plans remain proprietary.

03

Disciplined progression

A staged approach to evaluating each program, with attention to safety, developability, and the evidence needed for future decisions.

Current focus

TL-01.
Our lead neuroplastogen.

TL-01 is a neuroplastogen program designed around Gq-biased, full 5-HT2A agonism. It is in lead optimization for a proprietary CNS indication.

The indication and supporting experimental data remain confidential. Program descriptions reflect research objectives, not established therapeutic effects. All Telesti programs remain investigational; their safety and effectiveness have not been established.
